Panel 1: A long time ago, there was a wrestler called Onami, <Great Waves>.
Panel 2: Onami was very strong and skillful. In private matches, he threw even his teachers.
Panel 3: But in public matches, he was so bashful even jobbers could throw him.
Panel 4: Onami decided to seek help from a Zen master, Hakuju, who was at a nearby temple.
Panel 5: `Your name is Great Waves', said Hakuju, `so stay in this temple tonight and meditate.'
Panel 6: `Imagine you are those waves. You are no longer a wrestler: you are those huge waves, sweeping all before you!'
